When one AI agent passes control to another, the accumulated operational context is lost and the receiving agent starts from zero. In a hospital, that means a logistics robot re-orienting from scratch at every shift boundary. In a workplace, a knowledge worker re-briefing their AI at every session start. On a mobility platform, a system that knows nothing of the rider's prior state, preferences, or history when a new session begins.
